As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute beyond execution, collaborate across disciplines, and help shape the creative direction of client projects.
Responsibilities
Design social media graphics, paid ad creative, and campaign assets
Design email marketing campaigns and supporting creative
Create website mockups, landing pages, banners, and web graphics
Design print materials such as brochures, postcards, signage, trade show materials, and other marketing collateral as needed
Collaborate closely with marketers, social media managers, project managers, and developers
Translate marketing goals into compelling visual creative
Develop creative concepts based on project briefs and objectives
Source imagery and supporting visual assets
Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
Stay current on design trends and digital best practices
Qualifications
3+ years of design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing for social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials
Experience preparing print-ready files and understanding print production requirements
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and ecommerce aesthetics
Ability to create modern, polished, and engaging creative
Strong judgment when selecting imagery, typography, and layouts

A designer who brings ideas and creative solutions to the table
Understanding of how design impacts engagement, user experience, and conversions
A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with marketers, developers, and account managers
Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work
Bonus Skills
Agency experience
Copywriting and messaging skills
Experience creating Reels, Stories, and short-form video assets
Video editing or motion graphics
