Senior Platform & Security Engineer
Remote / Berlin
We’re hiring for a high-growth European B2B SaaS company building software used on large-scale real-world projects across the construction and infrastructure industry. The company is well-funded, growing fast, and entering a major scale-up phase — with increasing enterprise demand and a strong engineering culture at its core.
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership.
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to own infrastructure, security, compliance, and internal systems end-to-end.
You’ll work directly with leadership and engineering, helping build the operational backbone of a modern cloud-native platform used by thousands of professionals across Europe.
You’ll own areas including:
AWS & GCP infrastructure
Terraform & Kubernetes
CI/CD & platform reliability
ISO 27001 & security processes
Enterprise security reviews
Access management & internal tooling
MDM & employee IT operations
This is not a narrow DevOps role.
You’ll move across infrastructure, security, automation, compliance, and operational scaling — with the autonomy to make decisions and improve systems properly.
We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys broad technical ownership
Thinks like an operator, not just an engineer
Can solve problems independently
Is comfortable in fast-moving environments
Loves building scalable systems
Is fluent in German & English
