About the role
Principales responsabilidades
- Monitorear alertas y eventos de seguridad mediante herramientas como SIEM, Firewall, EDR, IDS/IPS y antivirus.
- Detectar, clasificar y dar seguimiento a incidentes de ciberseguridad.
- Ejecutar análisis de vulnerabilidades y apoyar en la remediación de riesgos tecnológicos.
- Gestionar accesos, privilegios y cuentas de usuarios en Active Directory.
- Atender incidentes relacionados con seguridad informática, phishing y accesos.
- Participar en campañas de concientización y capacitación en ciberseguridad.
- Apoyar en la documentación de políticas, procedimientos y estándares de seguridad.
- Colaborar en auditorías y actividades de cumplimiento normativo.
Escolaridad
✔ Licenciatura o Ingeniería en:
Tecnologías de la Información
Sistemas Computacionales
Informática
Ciberseguridad
Carrera afín
Conocimientos técnicos
- Redes y protocolos TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN y switching/routing básico.
-Administración intermedia de Windows y Windows Server.
- Manejo de Firewalls (deseable Fortinet).
- Antivirus empresariales (deseable ESET).
- Herramientas de respaldo y conceptos de SIEM.
- Conocimiento básico de marcos de referencia:

NIST Cybersecurity Framework
CIS ControlsExperiencia
