Buscamos personal bilingüe con experiencia en cold calls, call center Y servicio al
cliente.
Funciones:
Hacer y atender llamadas de clientes 95% en inglés y 5% en español.
Proveer soluciones efectivas y eficientes a las necesidades de los clientes.
Mantener un registro detallado de las interacciones con los clientes.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
Cumplir con los objetivos de servicio al cliente establecidos por la empresa.
Requisitos:
Dominio del inglés conversacional y escrito
Excelente capacidad de comunicación y habilidades para resolver problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
Conocimiento básico de herramientas informáticas
