En nahnu estamos en busqueda de Desarrollador de Soporte y Mejora Continua, con los sigueintes conocimientos:
Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:
Stack: TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), React, Node.js.
Base de datos: PostgreSQL, modelado relacional, ORM (Prisma), migraciones; integridad y constraints.
Infraestructura: despliegue cloud/serverless (Vercel, Supabase), variables de entorno, manejo de secretos.
Control de versiones: Git (branching, PRs, revisión de código).
Buenas prácticas: seguridad básica (autenticación, autorización/roles, datos sensibles), pruebas y validación antes de producción.
Deseable: experiencia en software financiero, contable o transaccional (montos, redondeo, auditoría, conciliación).
Responsabilidades:
Mantener la plataforma estable, segura y disponible (corrección de bugs, monitoreo, atención a incidentes).
Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras según el backlog priorizado por el Head of Product.
Gestionar despliegues y launches de forma controlada (CI/CD, migraciones de base de datos, rollback).
Garantizar la integridad de la lógica financiera: cálculos, conciliación, trazabilidad y auditoría.
Documentar cambios, decisiones técnicas y procedimientos operativos.
Traducir entre negocio y tecnología: entender una regla de negocio, estimar esfuerzo/riesgo y devolver al Head of Product opciones e implicaciones en lenguaje comprensible.
Señalar proactivamente riesgos técnicos, deuda técnica y restricciones, sin asumir decisiones de producto que no le corresponden.
