Compensation
Starting compensation:
R$ 5,500 – R$ 7,500 per month
Compensation will be based on experience, leadership background, and qualifications.
Performance-based compensation growth opportunities available.

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Leader who can help us build, organize, improve, and scale our operations.
This is not an assistant position.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving projects forward, improving systems, coordinating people, and helping leadership execute company goals.
You will work directly with leadership and become involved in multiple areas of the business, gaining exposure to operations, team management, onboarding, recruiting, payroll coordination, inventory management, vendor relationships, process improvement, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects.
We are looking for someone who can think like an owner, not just an employee.
Someone who sees problems and brings solutions.
Someone who enjoys building systems rather than simply following them.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
Coordinate day-to-day business operations
Manage projects, priorities, and deadlines
Ensure accountability across teams
Track operational performance
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
Help leadership execute company initiatives
Team Leadership & Accountability
Support onboarding and training initiatives
Coordinate employee communication and follow-up
Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
Help maintain company standards and accountability
Support performance tracking and team development
Systems & Process Improvement
Improve operational workflows
Help implement new systems and technology
Document and refine processes
Create organizational structure that supports growth
Special Projects & Growth Initiatives
Support marketing and branding initiatives
Coordinate company events and employee appreciation programs
Assist with strategic projects that help the company scale

Required Qualifications
Previous leadership, management, operations, project coordination, or supervisory experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving ability
High level of personal accountability
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Experience using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
