INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (B2B)

LOCATION: PARAGUAI

Weco do Brasil is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and results-oriented sales professional with solid experience in the retail, hardware, and electrical distribution markets to lead our expansion in Paraguai. If you have a strong hunter profile, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of introducing high-volume products (such as electrical splicing connectors) into large wholesalers and retail stores, this opportunity is for you.

Job Challenge

To develop and Weco's commercial footprint within the retail and distribution channels in Colombia. You will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and strengthening strategic accounts—growing the company’s presence across electrical supply stores, construction retailers, distributors, and specialized dealers—while driving brand demand among electricians and end-users.

Main Responsibilities

Channel Development (Retail): the retail channel through active prospecting (hunter approach) and opening new accounts with electrical and construction retail stores, distributors, and dealers.

Account Management: Oversee the client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and driving account growth (farming).

End-User & Electrician Engagement: Develop sales actions and strategies to boost the sales of electrical splicing connectors, creating strong brand pull among electricians and end-users.

Commercial Negotiation: Prepare commercial proposals, follow up on orders, and lead strategic negotiations aligned with corporate guidelines.

Field Routine & Events: Conduct frequent commercial visits and travel within the assigned territory. Participate in trade shows and industry events to strengthen brand presence.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM, while tracking sales metrics and targets.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.

Experience: Solid sales background, preferably within the hardware retail, construction materials, or electrical distribution sectors.

Sales Profile: Aggressive prospecting profile (hunter), fully focused on channel development and securing new clients.

Languages: Intermediate to Advanced English (essential for alignment with internal teams and global guidelines). Native or fluent Spanish.

Mobility: Availability to travel within the assigned territory.

Negotiation & Persuasion: Lead commercial agreements focused on sustainable results, creating a sense of urgency through logical arguments.

Assertive Communication: Share information precisely and clearly, ensuring mutual understanding in all commercial contexts.

Attractive Commission: 100% commission-based on sales volume and channel opening. No fixed base salary or expense allowance provided.

Autonomy: Independent Contractor / Freelance model (PJ / Autónomo), providing full flexibility to manage your own schedule and territory.

Brand Authority: Backing of an international brand with high-turnover products that hold excellent acceptance in the electrical installation market.

Sales Tools: Access to CRM, point-of-sale (POS) marketing collateral, and technical materials to support store sales and electrician workshops.
