About the role
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents.
Prepare onboarding and induction materials.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update employee databases and HR management systems.
Assist in preparing letters, forms, and HR reports.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and team-building activities.
Help gather employee feedback and maintain engagement records.
Administrative Support
Maintain attendance and leave records as required.
Assist in filing and organizing HR documents.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹100.00 per month
