Job Description – Runner Boy
Position: Runner Boy Department: Administration / Support Services Location: Office / Site
Job Summary:
The Runner Boy will be responsible for providing office and administrative support by handling document movement, errands, basic office assistance, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collecting and delivering documents, files, and other materials within office premises or outside locations.
Assisting in bank work, courier services, dispatches, and other official errands.
Handling submission and collection of documents from clients, vendors, government offices, and other departments.
Supporting the Admin/HR team in daily office activities.
Maintaining proper records of documents delivered and received.
Coordinating with different departments for timely movement of files and materials.
Assisting in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
Ensuring confidentiality and safe handling of company documents.
Helping in maintaining office cleanliness and basic arrangements when required.
Performing other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of office procedures.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsible and punctual attitude.
Familiarity with local routes and travel.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply; prior office support experience will be preferred.

Office location is Lullanagar
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
