About the role
About the role: Sharp and Tannan is seeking a dynamic HR professional with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring while supporting key HR processes. The role will primarily focus on recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and improving hiring efficiency, along with exposure to broader HR activities.
Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition (60%)Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing to offer rollout including arrangemnts of laptop and other joining requirementsUnderstand business requirements and align hiring strategy accordinglySource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor networksScreen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholdersDrive stakeholder management with Partners/Managers for timely feedback and closuresEnsure adherence to defined TATs and improve hiring turnaround timeManage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate engagement till onboardingMaintain and track recruitment data, dashboards, and MIS reportsBuild talent pipelines for recurring and critical rolesEnsure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
2) HR Generalist Support (40%)Support offboarding processes for the employeesCoordinate for performance management processes (PMS) at an execution levelSupport in employee engagement initiatives and HR activitiesAssist in exit formalities and basic exit interviews Candidate requirements: Prior experience in Talent Acquisition in Niche profile and remote profile
Strong experience in handling multiple roles and stakeholder management
Good Analytical Skills Confident and good verbal communication skills Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processesStrong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Educational Requirements: MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant fieldProactive and solution-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
