About the role

As an HR Intern, you will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee management, HR administration, and workplace culture initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and employees while learning modern HR practices in a fast-growing technology company.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Assist in campus hiring and internship programs.

Employee Onboarding

Support new employee onboarding activities.

Prepare offer letters and joining documents.

Coordinate employee induction programs.

Maintain employee records and documentation.

HR Operations

Update and manage employee databases.

Assist with attendance and leave tracking.

Support HR policy implementation.

Prepare HR reports and documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Employee Engagement

Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.

Support employee wellness and engagement initiatives.

Gather employee feedback and suggestions.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HRMS software is a plus.
