Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Administration & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple departments, ensuring smooth business operations, implementing process improvements, and supporting the Managing Director in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily business operations across departments.

Ensure smooth functioning of Administration, HR, Purchase, Inventory, Production Coordination, and General Operations.

Monitor workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of tasks and operational targets.

Prepare and present operational reports to the Managing Director.

Handle vendor management, facility management, and administrative activities.

Monitor inventory, procurement, and resource utilization.

Support recruitment, employee administration, and workforce coordination activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Identify operational challenges and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Assist management in planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in Administration, Operations, or Business Management.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Experience in handling multiple departments and business functions.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting.

Ability to work independently and drive operational excellence.

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and process optimization.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
