About the Internship

Carcall is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, employee communication, and HR administration in a growing technology-driven startup environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in managing hiring processes and supporting workforce development initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications

Conduct preliminary telephonic screening interviews

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires

Support employee engagement and internal communication activities

Help prepare HR reports, records, and recruitment metrics

Coordinate with hiring managers and department leads during recruitment drives

Assist in drafting job descriptions and internship postings
