We are a fast-growing US-based logistics and transportation company committed to delivering reliable supply chain solutions across America. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Job Summary
As an HR Intern, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be managing recruitment activities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri, helping us attract and hire top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.
Post and manage job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
