About the role
Key Responsibilities
Assist in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Manage job postings on various platforms and follow up with applicants.
Help with onboarding activities, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
Support attendance tracking, leave records, and HR data entry.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Handle basic HR admin work including file management and follow-ups.
Coordinate with different departments as needed for HR tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
