About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and site staff.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, field hiring, consultants, and local networks.
Conduct screening and initial interviews.
Coordinate with site managers regarding manpower requirements.
Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies and manpower deployment.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
