Focused on science-backed and consumer-centric products, HamBOLDS combines nature with innovation to create modern personal care solutions through its brands Epitight and Cozitis.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and networking
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with internal teams
Manage offer rollouts and follow-ups till joining
Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and job postings
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
Good communication and coordination skills
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn hiring
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Excel
Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
