About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Domestic IT Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, Boolean search techniques, ATS management, and end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple IT positions and maintaining strong coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
Source profiles through various job portals, databases, and networking platforms.
Expertise in Boolean String Search for sourcing niche and hard-to-find IT talent.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR screening/interview calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical panels.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Ability to work on requirements for major IT companies and clients such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, Randstad, Hexaware Technologies, Infosys, and other leading IT organizations, with the ability to source and close positions across various technologies and experience levels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of positions.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical terminologies.
Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
Expertise in Boolean String Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Shine, ATS, internal databases, social media platforms, job boards, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
