About the role
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and candidate mapping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
