About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and field sales positions across assigned geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and hire field sales professionals across multiple locations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Drive hiring through job portals, referrals, social media, and local market networks.
Ensure strong candidate engagement and joining conversions.
Requirements
1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in field sales hiring.
Experience hiring for roles in BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Insurance, or similar industries.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
