Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated USC IT Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in US IT recruitment, and the ability to independently source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified IT and other fields professionals based on client requirements.
Utilize various recruiting tools, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand staffing needs.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer processes when required.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US staffing industry.
Experience recruiting for W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time positions.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Strong organizational and candidate relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with US-based staffing or consulting companies.
Knowledge of various IT technologies and technical roles.
Existing network of IT professionals is a plus.
