Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment activities across multiple roles and business functions. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and walk-in drives.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, role fitment, and interest level.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Plan and execute campus hiring drives while building strong relationships with college placement teams.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring trackers for regular reporting.
Support onboarding activities, documentation, and offer letter preparation as required.
Candidate Profile
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably across multiple roles or bulk hiring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
Ability to manage bulk hiring requirements and work efficiently within deadlines.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
