Job Description – HR Recruiter
Position: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Qualification: MBA (HR) Preferred
Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates across various departments. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication skills to meet organizational manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate & Hiring Coordination
Schedule interviews and manage interview calendars.
Share interview feedback and hiring updates with candidates and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS data.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
HR Support
Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Support other HR activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA in Human Resources preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
