About the role
Job Summary The Hiring Executive is responsible for recruiting suitable candidates for restaurant and hospitality operations. The role includes understanding manpower requirements from outlet and department managers, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The hiring executive will help ensure that the right talent is hired to support operational and service standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and vacancies.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the respective outlet managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment decisions.
Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment records.
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment documents
Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Support manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing across all restaurant outlets.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and hiring standards.
Work towards achieving hiring targets within the required timelines.
Work hours: 9 Hours
Location: Badem - North Goa

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
