Key Responsibilities:
Understand client/job requirements and create sourcing strategies
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Shortlist and present suitable candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Ensure timely closure of positions
Manage candidate communication
