Job Description: What you will do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned position.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule and manage interview processes.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
Handle offer rollouts and follow up till joining
Support onboarding and documentation process
Maintain positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, MBA (HR) preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Experience in bulk hiring or corporate hiring preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals.
Negotiation and coordination skills.
Time management and result-oriented approach.
