Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Fresher Experience: 0–1 Year Location: Sector 3, Noida
Timings - 10 AM to 7 PM(Monday to Friday)
Job Summary
We at Digitech squad are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and technical positions while working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and professional communication.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Salary: Up to 20000/month Employment Type: Full-Time.
