Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter & Lead Experience: 6months - 2years (5+years for Lead) Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift (7:00pm - 4:00am)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to market bench consultants, connect with vendors and clients, and help place consultants on suitable projects.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to vendors and clients.
Find matching job requirements and submit consultant profiles.
Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Track submissions, interviews, and placements.
Follow up regularly to ensure successful placements.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000.00 per month for Lead
