Job Summary
We at Digitech Squad seeking a Fresher UK IT Recruiter to assist in recruiting IT professionals for UK-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the recruitment lifecycle and develop sourcing and talent acquisition skills.
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome) Location: Sector 3, Noida
Timings - 12 PM - 9PM (Fixed weekends off)
Salary- Rs. 22000/month
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for IT vacancies.
Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Build and manage candidate databases.
Support recruiters in achieving hiring targets.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in UK recruitment.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
