Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
Skills in conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding processes
Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Handling front desk and greeting the clients
Handling time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
