About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and do professional HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding selected employees. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate follow-ups.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Handle job postings on various hiring platforms.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding processes.
Maintain proper communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support other HR activities when required.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to work under deadlines and hiring targets.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresher or candidates with recruitment experience can apply.
Experience in bulk hiring or IT recruitment will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,892.45 per month
Work Location: In person
