About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive with 2–3 years of experience in hiring for sales, marketing, and technical roles.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to general HR activities will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, marketing, and technical positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and role fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.

Maintain candidate trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Support offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.

Understand hiring requirements from internal teams and translate them into clear search criteria.

Support basic HR activities such as onboarding coordination, employee documentation, HR trackers, attendance coordination, and employee engagement when required.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in recruitment.

Must have experience hiring for sales and marketing roles.

Experience hiring for technical/IT positions is required.

Good understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to assess English communication, confidence, attitude, and role fit.

Comfortable working with hiring trackers and recruitment tools.

Ability to work independently and close positions within timelines.

Exposure to general HR activities will be an added advantage.

Prior experience in agency recruitment, staffing, B2B, IT, SaaS, digital marketing, or sales hiring is an advantage.

Someone who is sharp, committed, detail-oriented, and can take ownership of recruitment from sourcing to joining.

The role requires someone who can move fast, communicate well, and understand both business-facing and technical hiring needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
