Recruiter Cum sales Executive
About the role
We are looking for a motivated Recruitor– Internal Hiring (Non-IT & IT) to support the recruitment function for our internal roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates for non-IT & IT internal openings.
- Conduct basic telephonic screening to check interest and initial suitability.
- Share candidate details with the senior for next-level evaluation.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview availability and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate status regularly.
- Post job openings on portals and social media (as guided).
- Support recruitment documentation and maintain candidate records.
- Assist in basic onboarding coordination whenever required.
