About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiters with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for clients across various technologies and domains within India.
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad Work Mode: Full-Time, On-Site Experience: 2–4 Years Open Positions: 3
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment targets and SLAs.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
