Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Non-IT Recruitment Job Description: BrightSharks is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support US Non-IT hiring across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles (manufacturing, engineering, Automotive ,IT.. etc.)
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate client interviews
Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data in ATS/CRM systems
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in US Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Knowledge of US hiring practices and compliance basics
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred B.Tech / Any graduate
Experience working with direct clients and MSP/VMS is a plus
Work Details:
Work Type: 100% Onsite
Shift: US Shift (6:30-2:30), EST timings
Location: Guru Nanak colony ,Vijayawada
