Job Role: Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator
Location: Ettumanur, Kottayam
Company: Care Crew (UK Based)
Timing: 9 AM TO 5 PM (UK Shift)
Working Days: Monday To Friday (Work from Office), Saturday(Work from home)
We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for care home staffing. The role involves candidate sourcing, documentation handling, profile creation, interview coordination, and sending suitable candidates for client interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for care home staff (Carers, Support Workers, Nurses, etc.)
Collect and verify candidate documentation (Right to Work, DBS, certificates, references, etc.)
Coordinate interviews between candidates and care homes
Send shortlisted candidates for client interviews
Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
