About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime.
Generate and process large-scale invoices accurately and efficiently.
Handle import-export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Maintain records of accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
Monitor GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
Assist in audits and prepare financial statements.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics teams regarding financial transactions.
Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant with expertise in Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.
Experience in handling high-volume invoicing and import-export documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
Knowledge of banking procedures and international trade regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
