Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, and supporting business finance operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and assessments.

Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts and monitor financial transactions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement financial controls.

Required Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act provisions.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, NetSuite, etc.).

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
