Job Title: Accounts & Finance Intern

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Finance Intern to support our finance team in daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and reporting. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to real-world financial processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting activities such as data entry, invoice processing, and bookkeeping
Support in preparing and maintaining financial records, reports, and statements
Help manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents (digital and physical)
Coordinate with vendors for invoices and payment follow-ups
Support audit processes and internal financial checks
Work on MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
Learning Outcomes
Practical exposure to corporate accounting processes
Understanding of taxation and compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with financial tools and reporting
Development of analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial data
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
