About the Role:
KM Softwares is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead international IT sales initiatives across the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing high-value IT service deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities in international markets
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, referrals, and other lead generation channels
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and business owners
Promote IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, ERP/CRM Solutions, Custom Software Development, AI/ML Solutions, Cyber Security, Dedicated Developers, and Digital Marketing Services
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure
Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
Required Skills:
Proven experience in International IT Sales and Business Development
Strong understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development, ERP/CRM Solutions, Custom Software Development, AI/ML, Cyber Security, and Dedicated Resource Models
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and outbound sales strategies
Ability to independently handle client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and revenue-generation capabilities
Preferred:
Experience working with clients from the USA and European markets
Established network of international business contacts
Strong proposal writing, solution selling, and account management experience
