Business Development & Operations Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager to support the growth and day-to-day operations of SecForgTek Solutions. The role focuses on business development, institutional partnerships, program coordination, and operational management within the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Business developmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities with colleges, universities, corporate organizations, and government agencies.
Relationship managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, academic institutions, and industry partners.
Program coordinationCoordinate training programs, workshops, webinars, internships, and other learning initiatives.
Documentation & proposalsPrepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business documentation.
Marketing supportSupport marketing and outreach activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Operations managementMaintain records, reports, and operational documentation while ensuring smooth execution of programs and events.
Travel & representationTravel for meetings, institutional visits, and business development activities as required.
Eligibility
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Experience in Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Client Relations, Training Coordination, or EdTech is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Relationship-building and networking ability.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace).
Organizational and coordination skills.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred
Experience working with educational institutions.
Experience in training, education, events, or EdTech sectors.
Willingness to travel for official work.
