About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Gen AI Engineer to join our AI team. As a Fresher Gen AI Engineer, you will work on developing, testing, and deploying Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and modern AI frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies while working on real-world business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs and AI frameworks.
Build and optimize prompt engineering workflows for various use cases.
Assist in developing RAG-based solutions using vector databases.
Work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and other AI providers.
Design and test AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
Evaluate model performance and improve response quality.
Research emerging trends in Generative AI and recommend improvements.
Document AI solutions, workflows, and technical specifications.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Knowledge of Python programming.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
Understanding of APIs, REST services, and JSON.
Knowledge of databases and basic SQL concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with projects involving ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience building personal, academic, or internship AI projects.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Recent graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
