About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions
Ensure new employees complete all required paperwork and understand company policies and procedures
Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement activities and training sessions
Assist with special HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and performance reviews
Prepare HR reports and presentations as required
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
Pay: $3,100.00 - $4,100.00 per month
