About the Roles

Join an established IVF/Fertility Centre as a Clinic Operations Manager based in Orchard, overseeing clinic and nursing operations on a permanent basis. This role offers a basic salary of $6,500 to $7,000 per month, with a structured 5.5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 12pm, in a specialised fertility healthcare setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the daily operations of the nursing team to support efficient clinic flow and consistent patient care.

Coordinate patient journeys across consultations, treatments, procedures, and follow-up appointments.

Assist physicians with fertility procedures, including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and minor surgeries.

Monitor patient treatment cycles, medication administration, and patient understanding of treatment plans.

Provide counselling, education, and emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.

Respond to patient concerns professionally to support service quality and patient satisfaction.

Ensure infection control, medication safety, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards are consistently followed.

Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing staff and clinic coordinators to strengthen team performance.

Plan staff rosters, allocate manpower, and streamline workflows to meet clinic operational needs.

Conduct orientation, competency assessments, and ongoing training for nursing staff.

Encourage teamwork, professionalism, and patient-focused care within the nursing team.

Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant patient records, consent forms, and clinical documentation.

Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies.

Support audits, incident reporting, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.

Develop and review nursing standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and clinical guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement of medical supplies, medications, and consumables.

Work closely with laboratory, pharmacy, and other healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Prepare operational reports and support management in service planning and development.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.

Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Advanced nursing qualification is preferred.

5–8 years of nursing experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Experience in IVF, fertility, O&G, reproductive medicine, or related clinical settings is preferred.

Experience in fertility treatment coordination and patient counselling is preferred.

Good understanding of IVF regulatory standards and clinical workflows.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Able to manage sensitive patient situations with empathy and professionalism.
