About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at China This full-time role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our client’s properties in China.
What you'll be doing
1. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of an assigned building.
2. Responsible for the management and supervision/co-ordination of all maintenance / contractors assigned to the building.
3. Monitor expenditure, address operational and administrative issues and ensure procedures are carried out efficiently.
4. Recommend, provide justification and follow-through job requests within delegated authority.
5. Establish good relations with building owner.
6. Prepare monthly management reports.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) / Building Science / Estate Management with minimum 5 years of relevant facility management work experience.
2. Must possess good technical knowledge of M&E and building maintenance services.
3. Must possess good communication skills and be able to liaise with different levels of people.
4. Must be able to plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
5. Must possess fire safety knowledge and the ability to conduct fire and emergency drills.
6. Possess Fire Safety Manager certificate is a plus.
7. Must have good computer literacy and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, etc.
8. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
