About the Roles

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Renovation / Interior Fit-Out) to lead renovation and interior fit-out projects within the building and construction / furniture manufacturing industry. This permanent role is based in Mandai Estate and follows a 5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM). The position offers a competitive salary package with variable bonus, plus medical and dental benefits, providing a stable opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan and organize project schedules to ensure work progresses according to agreed timelines, budgets, and project requirements.

Track project milestones and key activities, taking proactive steps to keep projects on schedule and aligned with targets.

Coordinate closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support efficient project delivery.

Oversee the execution of renovation and interior fit-out works to ensure completion within defined scope, cost, and timeline.

Verify that all site activities comply with approved drawings, contractual specifications, and relevant regulations.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and overall performance.

Manage project scope, schedule, and cost adjustments through proper evaluation and approval procedures.

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project delivery.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Supervise site-related matters, ensuring adherence to safety practices and regulatory requirements.

Provide regular progress updates to Management and escalate critical issues when required.

Carry out additional project-related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of experience managing renovation or construction projects.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.

Strong technical understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to lead and coordinate project teams.

Proficiency in project management software and related tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing requirements and perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
