About the role
Hiring: Project Manager (Banking & Wealth Management)
Location: Singapore Contract: 12 Months (Extendable)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Banking & Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong project delivery experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on exposure to wealth investment product processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level communications
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance
Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and project status reporting
Ensure successful implementation of business and technology transformation initiatives
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery challenges
Align project outcomes with strategic business objectives
Requirements:
More than 10 years of Project Management experience
Strong experience within Banking & Financial Services
Proven track record managing complex business and technology projects
Experience working with Wealth Management and Investment Product processes
Strong stakeholder management, governance, budgeting, and risk management skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery streams
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
