About the Role — Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Prince's Landscape, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our landscape projects to life You will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure that every project is well delivered and upkept, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage clients, project team, contractors and suppliers to ensure problem free operations of projects assigned.

Ensure project teams, contractors, workers and staff have the required equipments and tools to complete the projects.

Assist in developing operating policies and procedures in order to administer the projects in a cost effective and safe manner.

Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures and standards are followed at all sites.

Coordinate movement of equipment/tools/machines to work sites per project requirements.

Ensure that services and equipment comply with the contractual pricing, technical and schedule requirements within the cost and other constraints relating to the specific projects.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors and suppliers.

Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.

Able to handle technical issues, reports, procedures and any relevant documents related to the projects.

Perform other job duties as requested by Manager.

Able to handle the SOP for the department as stated:

- Pre-Construction Stage: Works Schedule, Risk Assessment, Work Safety Procedure, Method Statement.

- Procurement of Materials: Quantification of Materials, Order or Materials, Coordination of Delivery, Inspection of Delivered Plants and Materials, Accepted or rejected must inform the purchaser.

- Construction Stage: Spot checking of PPE for workers, Check the Site condition or working area, attending coordination meeting at site, attending safety meeting, Alteration or relocation of planting if any, marking of progressive work in the plan, Progressive monthly claim, Monitoring of ongoing works.

- Post Construction Stage: Preparation of as-built drawing, Marking of As-Built drawing to the site, Checking and submission of As-Built drawing, second round inspection of Inspection based on the defects list, Final Inspection / Hand over, Completion certificate from Main Contractor.

- Variation Order: Submission of Job sheet or Variation Order to QS.

- Maintenance Proper (DLP): Preparation and Submission of Maintenance Schedule as per Contract, Submission of Maintenance Card to QS.

Key Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent

Minimum 3 years on-site experience in project coordination is preferred

Strong anticipation and problem-solving skill on site problems to avoid complication

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Well verse in computer literacy

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
