Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive

Location: Ubi, Singapore

Salary: S$2,500 – S$3200 + Commission + Performance Bonus

Empire Interiors Pte Ltd specializes in premium architectural film and interior surface transformation solutions for residential, commercial, and retail spaces. We help homeowners and businesses transform cabinets, doors, walls, furniture, lift lobbies, and interior surfaces without the need for costly renovations.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, networking, and site visits. Build relationships with interior designers, renovation contractors, property agents, architects, facility managers, and commercial clients. Conduct site visits and understand clients’ project requirements. Present material samples and recommend suitable design solutions. Prepare quotations and proposals. Follow up on leads and quotations to convert them into sales. Maintain and update customer records in the company CRM system. Attend networking events and industry exhibitions when required. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable with outdoor sales activities. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Sales experience in renovation, interior design, construction, furniture, property, or related industries will be an advantage. Possess Class 3 driving licence is a bonus but not mandatory. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
