About the role
Job Summary
You will assist customers by recommending suitable lighting solutions, prepare sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and support after-sales service while maintaining showroom presentation and liaising with interior designers and contractors.
Responsibilities
Assist customers professionally during walk-ins or appointments by introducing lighting products.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions to enhance their spaces.
Prepare accurate sales orders and coordinate timely delivery arrangements
Communicate and collaborate effectively with interior designers and contractors to support project requirements.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and organize product displays to create an inviting environment.
Provide basic product knowledge and deliver after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
Friendly personality with strong customer service attitude
Sales experience is an advantage
